• Pilates is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long lean muscles.
  

• Pilates works several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion, with particular concentration on strengthening and stabilizing the core which is the abdomen, back, & pelvic girdle region sometimes referred to as “the powerhouse”. 
  

• There are over 600 different exercises in the Pilates techniques, so most workout sessions are individualized for each customer.
  

• Pilates exercises can be performed on a mat or on  specialized equipment such as a reformer.
  

• Each exercise program is created  individually for you based on your physical  health, training needs (for runners, for skiing, golfing, biking, etc.) or specific body  focus.
  

• Instructor has extensive training and is certified in mat, reformer and apparatus
  

• Instructor-Dami Hughes- has a background in alleviating sports injuries through sports massage
